I have over 35 years of mortgage lending experience consisting of both residential and commercial loan requests.  My lending career started as a customer service representative in the consumer loan division of a regional sized Chicago based Commercial Bank. My career path changed after 4 yrs to a smaller community bank where I was employed as a Consumer Loan Officer. After 2 yrs I was promoted as Assistant Vice President in the bank's commercial loan division. 4 years later I was transferred to a sister bank and promoted to Vice President in the commercial loan division. I ended my employment with this bank as Sr. Vice President and the Sr. Loan Officer. My last position was with a larger community bank. My title was Executive Vice President in charge of lending and business development. I was also elected to the banks board of directors and appointed chairman of their loan committee.  I started placing commercial loan requests on my own in 1996 and residential loan origination in 2000.  My Career as a lender has been very rewarding to me. I have had numerous opportunities to assist individuals and businesses with their credit needs.  I take my career very seriously whether I am assisting my client with a home purchase or a commercial loan request.  My goal in every case is assist my clients in reaching their goal.
